Assistant Manager: Footwear

My client is a family owned footwear brand with an amazing reputation for their excellent customer service and dedication to their people. Driving the success of the stores by providing a vast offering of branded ranges and a flawless shopping experience, this retailer has secured their place in the market for over 60 years.

An opportunity for a talented Assistant Manager has become available in their flagship store.

Responsibilities include:

* Deputising to the Store Manager, supporting in the running of the store
* Managing and motivating a customer focused team
* Driving sales targets and store objectives
* Training and developing team members
* Visual merchandising
* Identifying ways to maximise sales opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

* Assistant/Deputy Management experience gained within fashion retail (clothing, accessories or footwear)
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Dynamic approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
* Dedication to the brand and its ethos
