An opportunity for a talented Assistant Manager has become available in their flagship store.

Responsibilities include:

* Deputising to the Store Manager, supporting in the running of the store
* Managing and motivating a customer focused team
* Driving sales targets and store objectives
* Training and developing team members
* Visual merchandising
* Identifying ways to maximise sales opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

* Assistant/Deputy Management experience gained within fashion retail (clothing, accessories or footwear)
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Dynamic approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
* Dedication to the brand and its ethos

  • To manage Laboratory activities by maintaining harmonious and peaceful with your workforce and efficient utilization of machineries and test material available with you.
  • To make sure that no consignment of raw material is received and issued to production department unless tested and approved by the laboratory.
  • To carry out in process quality control tests i.e adhesion, tensile strength, flexing etc on daily basis and confirm that Bata Shoe Organization minimum quality specification are maintained.
  • To ensure quality of shoe by ensuring regular checking and testing.
  • To manage PU pouring operations by ensuring regular checking and testing.
