Job Description / Responsibility
- To manage Laboratory activities by maintaining harmonious and peaceful with your workforce and efficient utilization of machineries and test material available with you.
- To make sure that no consignment of raw material is received and issued to production department unless tested and approved by the laboratory.
- To carry out in process quality control tests i.e adhesion, tensile strength, flexing etc on daily basis and confirm that Bata Shoe Organization minimum quality specification are maintained.
- To ensure quality of shoe by ensuring regular checking and testing.
- To manage PU pouring operations by ensuring regular checking and testing.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/ Masters in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry or B.Sc/ M.Sc major in Polymer Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 9 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 year(s)
- Sound knowledge on different types of tests used in Laboratory
- Excellent inter-personal and negotiation skills;
- Team player with flexibility and adaptability;
- Operating computer (MS Office, email, internet).
- Result driven & innovative thinking skills;
- Adequate knowledge on manufacturing/production process
