- To ensure good quality leather at source.
- Monitor leather grading Quality Assurance on daily basis.
- Assist Quality Assurance Manager to make action plan for improving leather quality.
- Make Re-engineering at production process to solve leather quality related issues.
- Able to work in tannery industry and achieve the given target.

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc/ M.Sc major in Leather Engineering (Applicants working as leather technologist having minimum 4 years experience can also apply)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 28 year(s)
- Sound knowledge on different types of leather and tannery industry
- Excellent inter-personal and negotiation skills;
- Team player with flexibility and adaptability;
- Operating computer (MS Office, email, internet).
- Result driven & innovative thinking skills;
- Adequate knowledge on quality assurance process
